Masters and Instructors should make a verbal announcement at the beginning and end of classes along with handing out the pre-packed sign-up envelopes provided by CBMAP.

Our on-line browsing/purchasing/fulfillment system provides:

All images are posted on CBMAP’s website for participants to view and order at their convenience. All Orders are shipped directly to the client leaving the school free from handling photo packages.

*Photos are available to order typically 24-48 Hrs. after the event. Orders usually ship one to two days from when the order was placed via 1st class mail direct to the participant. (customer can upgrade shipping for faster delivery)


“Custom Layouts” will be available along with a large selection of photo sizes and ”specialty products”. All products that CBMAP offers are of the highest quality.

We not offer products that we ourselves would not purchase.

PLANNING/SUGGESTIONS

CBMAP can take virtually all the work out of your hands, the one thing we can't do on our own is create awareness. When people know about photo day, they're prepared and on time. This clear any confusion and allows us to work on schedule. Here are some tips for doing this:

Pick a photo date when there aren't any other significant activities that may result in large numbers of participates missing or unable to attend.
Post your photo date on your calendar, post board and website as soon as dates have been chosen.

Make sure blank order forms are given out to the 2-3 weeks prior to photo day. Any earlier and they will be lost, any later and parents won't have enough time to review and complete prior to photo day.

Make announcements in the beginning and end of all classes so students/parents are reminded of the date/time. Remind students/parents to pick up order forms, visit our site and contact us if they have any questions.
